Candidates must be able to read, interpret, and disseminate info contained in technical manuals, repair bulletins, specifications and related instructional materials; and be able to produce blueprints and drawings using computer-added design software. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication expertise are essential to this position as the incumbent must develop and enforce safety standards; assign and schedule work; and prioritize and assess workloads.
