Our Property Management client is seeking an Accounting Manager on an interim and interim-to-full-time basis. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for supervising a team in the areas of core accounting and financial reporting, accounts payable and leasing administration. Individual must have experience with commercial real-estate and property management industries. Ideal person will have a Bachelors in Accounting and 8+ years of Accounting Manager experience including supervision of staff. CPA is preferred but not necessary along with knowledge of Timberline software.
