CWP PAINTING is seeking highly energetic, motivated, and hard-working individuals. Experience is a plus but by no means necessary. We will train the right candidates. If you have a fair amount of exterior painting experience and extremely efficient and Quick with a paint brush/sprayer, you will be able to beat our budgets as long as you work Hard, earning 1.5-3x your base wages. Painters will also be expected to help market the business and have the chance to earn Raises and advanced positions through their marketing efforts. We have production and Marketing management position that will be awarded to our best painters within the first Few weeks. Our production and marketing management positions are well paid and can be a huge Boost to a resume as you will be in charge of a number of different people and projects. These positions are only awarded to the team members that display the most leadership Ability.
