Division Head of Finance in Milwaukee, WI

We have been exclusively engaged to locate a head of finance for our client. Confidential Search for Division Controller / Head of Finance 30yrs double digit growth. Multi Billion dollar operation. Non Automotive Unlimited upward mobility to Division CFO based off background and capabilities. Prefer BS Accounting/Finance and MBA with certifications. Our client is a leading global manufacturer of high-quality and innovative products. Well diversified and strong focus on long term strategic growth vs quarterly mentality. Client has facilities across the globe. Will oversee Financial operations for5 Business Units within the US. Presently, the Corporate location in Wisconsin is expanding, due to promotion, and has a need for a director level finance lead. Reporting the CFO, the Global Finance Lead works closely the Executive Team as well as other finance leads in the areas of strategy development, M&A and Innovation pipeline. Coordinate operating plans, estimates and strategic initiatives for the operation. Analyze results, identify risks and develop / implement contingencies. Provide accurate and timely operational and financial details / analysis to drive effective decision making. Position the operation to meet its commitments (e.g. EBIT, Cash flow, Economic Profit) Provide strategic and tactical thinking as well as broad business insight; take a leadership role in developing the financial strategy to support the long term growth of the operation (e.g. Plant consolidation, Moving operations from high cost locations to low cost, outsourcing, etc.). Develop a process to drive continuous improvement (e.g. Productivity, Sourcing) Identify opportunities to improve the operations capital structure Assist in the development of processes, procedures and tool enablement to improve the quality of financial analysis (i.e. daily, monthly, and quarterly). Drive strong ownership and accountability of results Assist in the implementation of best in class financial tools, systems and models (e.g. Financial reporting, Business warehouse, PPM, BPC, etc.) Assist with business development opportunities (e.g. Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Dispositions); Innovation and Growth are a key strategic priority of the operation Assist with shared service initiatives (e.g. Shared Services, New organization alignment) Provide leadership and coaching that fosters an environment of issue solving, improved business practices and attracts and retains superior financial talent Ensure adequate internal controls and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and audit qualifications Requirements
